SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
You order today, we ship tomorrow. How's that? Unless you order over the weekend or on a national holiday, that's what we'll give you.
Shipping is a flat $9.95 for UPS Ground if you live in the contiguous United States. It usually takes between 1-5 business days for UPS Ground shipping, depending on how close you are to our Chicago-based warehouse. Click here for a map that estimates shipping times to your location.
But...if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you already know what's coming next. You have to pay for shipping. But we'll share some of the cost with you. The charge will be just $49.95 per shipment. Expedited shipping is not available to these destinations. If you need it faster, email us and we'll inform you of exact freight costs.
We also offer a UPS 2-Day or we'll-come-there-and-kiss-your-feet guaranteed service for $49.95.
And if you absolutely need our awesome bedding in your hands overnight, please call us or email us for a quote. It won't be cheap. Not our fault, so don't get mad.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
International customers - we love you guys. But you know there are always extra costs involved with shipping overseas. You've been there before. Unfortunately, we can't control some of these costs.
Shipping internationally will run you $99.95 flat rate. For our international friends sharing our Northern border, we are now offering a $49.95 flat rate to Canada. Then there's duties and customs brokerage - which are fees necessitated by your country. We don't know what those costs will be. They vary from place to place. And there are even times when your country will charge different amounts at different times.
So let's leave it at this - expect extra costs. But it will still be worth it.
Buyer's remorse? Different expectations? Just not feeling it? We get it. No problem. Send it back.
Try to do it within 30 days of your purchase. If you go a little past that, it's fine. Don't sweat it. But do know that you'll need to pay for shipping it back.
However...please don't send it back if you used it or washed it. Why? Allow us to answer your question with our own question.
Would you be happy if we sent YOU some bedding that someone else used? Of course not. So don't send it back to us if it's used or washed. That's just gross.
